Recurring Charges
Each customer can have unlimited recurring charges automaticly billed to there account on a monthly or yearly basis. The customer listed below has 5 charges assigned to there account. Agreement number 1 & 2 have been comppleted and are no longer charged. Agreement numbers 3,4 & 5 or on going charges until they reach there stop date or the balance of the charge is zero. Recurring charges are most offen used for installment payments for the purchase of new equipment and rental/misc. charges.
The window below shows the details for an equipment purchase. The system is capable of charging interest on the loan and will automaticly reduce the balance amount each month the charge is posted to the customers account. When the balance becomes zero the system will automaticly stop charging the customer.
The window below shows the details for a Rental/Misc. charge. Rental/Misc. charges are posted to the customers account untill the stop date. If there is no stop date the charges will continue until a stop date is entered. Rentals can be setup to bill monthly or yearly.
