Customer Comments
The comment grid is always on the botton of any of the customer inquiry screens. This grid allows the user to add new comments, edit/delete comments and to display a larger window of comments. The comments can also be sorted and displayed by date, code, promise date, and next call date. The next call date and user are used by the Reminder (To Do) system to remiand you about a customers needs.
The add command will display the window above and allow the user to enter up to 6 lines of comment. A comment code to distinguage comments for different reasons (departments) and reporting. A promisse to paid amount and date, and a reminer date and user. The reminder date and user will update the Reminder system so the user can follw up on this comment.
The comment report allows many options to report the comments needed by different personal in your office.
The Promise to Pay Report is used to get a list of all the customers that have not fullfilled there promise. When a customer fullfills there promise the system will clear the promise fields and the customer will not appear on this report.
