Delivery Dispatching

The Fuel Dispatching window is used to keep tract of your deliveries. The white orders are open orders, green are the dispatched orders and the orange ones are finished. The calendar button will allow the user to select the date to view the orders for. The truck # control will allow the dispatcher to select the truck to view and also shows the inventory quantities for each truck. The order can be sorted by any of the headers displayed in blue. Just click on the header and the system will sort the order by that field. The Filter command will display a list of available filters so you can see just the order that interest you. Some of the filters are Fuel code, Route #, Status of the order, & Degree Day due.

The detail/edit screen for each work order is available by right clicking on the work order. Email to the customer and wireless dispatching to the driver are also available. The Map Point button will display this customer location on a map for you. The dispatcher can update the status of the order here or use the command buttons on the dispatch screen.
