Service Dispatching
Service Dispatching start with a summary screen that allows a customer representive and the service dispatcher see how much work is already scheduled for this week, next week or for a whole year into the furture. The colors are for the 6 different types of service that can be controled. Each day has a maximum number of calls and hours associated to it and the background color will change when the max amounts are reached. After the selection of a day the follow screen will appear.
The Service Work Order by Serviceman screen shows all the work orders and which serviceman they are assigned to. The background clolr indicates the job status for easy idenification. The system can handle up to 30 serviceman and 18 1 hours time slots (7Am to midnight). The jobs can be moved to different time slots, different serviceman and/or a different day. A print listing for each serviceman can be made by clicking on the serviceman's names. The details of each job can be seen by clicking on the work order. The screen below will be displayed.
The service work order review screen show above allows the user to edit and/or change the status of the work order. When a work order is finished the user can chocice to invoice the customer right away or to wait for the serviceman to bring the paper work back to the office to be billed later.
