The MAA Mobile software is designed to run on any of the latest Windows Mobile 6.0 or 6.1 devices. This software allows customer information to be downloaded and allows easy access. It allows fuel drivers to enter gallons delivered for download back to the back office system (Fuel-Pro or Energy-Pro) and after review/edit the deliveries are updated to the customer's accounts. For the dealers that need inventory control during the day the system can email the delivery information back to the office where the MAA Dispatch-Pro system reads the data and update the truck inventory and dispatch file with the delivery gallons and calculate the taxes and total amount.
